Dwight is an Unreasonable Fellow. Dwight was part of Unreasonable Impact Americas 2019.
With 15 years of tech entrepreneurship, Dwight Stewart has a strong reputation as a successful entrepreneur, innovative technologist, and high-growth operator. He has founded two transformative companies: QAS, a building analytics leader, and Igor, a smart building IoT platform that Cisco has labeled a “disruptor.” In 2003 at age 23, Dwight co-founded QAS, which over four years grew to over 40 employees without any external investment to become a multi-million operation. Dwight was responsible for product development, project implementation, systems integration, finances, and sales support. Deployments existed in nearly every U.S. state, and Dwight personally led an effort to deploy at nearly all U.S. Capital buildings. He was awarded special recognition by the U.S. Department of Commerce “in appreciation for Outstanding Performance for work on the Architect of the Capitol project.” Dwight led QAS’ acquisition in 2011. In 2013, Dwight founded Igor, Inc. Dwight has grown the company to ten employees and led multiple investment rounds. Some of Dwight’s other recognitions include: Clean Energy Challenge winner, Clean Tech Open winner, and Midwest Energy 40 Under 40.
