Ed is an ex-politico; now an entrepreneur. He recently co-founded ReGenerate, which conducts research and incubates initiatives to make it easier to start, grow and lead purpose-driven businesses.

Prior to this, Ed spent over a decade working on social reform, including as a UK Special Advisor under the Cameron Government and as Managing Director of the Centre for Social Justice. He has been an advisor to purpose-driven businesses and a family office, and does paper reviews for Sky News amongst other media activity.
