Elitsa is a Managing Consulting Manager part of Accenture's Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice based in London. She began her career in Management Consulting at Accenture after completing an MSc in Management and BA in Economics and Business Administration. She loves 'being in the new' and is passionate about helping her clients embrace change and transform towards more effective, adaptive, and responsive ways of working by bringing innovation, creativity, curiousity, design thinking and growth mindset into her work. She has 7+ years of experience delivering large scale programmes working on business, agile and culture transformations, change management, strategic learning and innovation projects. Ellie has advised clients on social media, collaboration and building effective presence and personal brand online. She discovered her love for podcasts after hosting the Talking Agility Podcast by Accenture. Outside work, Ellie is an avid believer in the saying Festina Lente (or Hurry Slowly), shares a passion for wine and developed affinity for cooking during lockdown. 2017 Women of the Future Award nominee.
