Emma Evison is Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Mars Snacking, and a member of the global Mars Wrigley Leadership Team. In this role, which she assumed in September 2018, Emma leads the Strategic Reinvention Office – the group responsible for turning Mars Wrigley’s strategic ambition into operational reality – and currently serves as the Sales Representative on the leadership team.
 
Emma joined Mars in 1994 in the UK Treasury Department. Throughout her nearly three decades with the business, she has worked across business units and geographies supporting numerous functions.
 
She spent her first 12 years with the business in Finance where she worked across supply and demand functions ultimately becoming Chief Financial Officer. She went on to became Mars Food UK Sales Director and General Manager, leading the business to an impressive 11 years of consecutive growth and doubling the profitability. From there, she became Global Customer Strategy Director, a role integral to the customer-centric transformation for Mars, Incorporated. In this role she led the development of the Growth Philosophy and many of the Sales signature processes we use in the business today including Strategic Channel Management and Strategic Revenue Management.
 
Following her time in the UK, Emma relocated to the U.S. in November 2018 for her current role, where she played a leading role in the design of the Mars Wrigley Reinvention strategy, Project Lewis and the New Consumer Model. More recently Emma has taken the lead for the collaboration between Mars Wrigley and the Health & Wellness business unit. Emma is an enthusiastic collaborator, gets energy from connecting people, enjoys problem solving and has a high drive for results and delivering for the business.
 
In her free time, Emma loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and enjoys being an amateur photographer. She now lives in the UK with her husband David and together they have three children.
