Erica Mackey is the CEO and co-founder of MyVillage, a female-founded, in-home childcare company that is reimagining early education for Main Street, America. With a commitment to high quality, affordability, and greater earnings for educators, MyVillage is a network of in-home educators, families, and children committed to solving the nation's childcare crisis.

Prior to MyVillage, Erica co-founded Zola Electric, which brings affordable, clean solar energy to more than 1 million rural Africans. Erica is a former Skoll Fellow and was recognized among the Forbes 30 Under 30 (2012). She lives in Bozeman, Montana and is the proud mom of three daughters under age 5.
