Ernenek is a purpose-driven leader dedicated to maximizing social and environmental impact. As President and CEO of the One Drop Foundation since 2023, he has shaped its strategic direction, driving high-impact systemic change, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and sustainable solutions with a focus on SDG6.

With expertise in strategy development, execution, and complex partnership building, Ernenek has played a pivotal role in expanding One Drop’s global portfolio and securing vital financial resources. His previous leadership positions within the foundation include Senior Director of Programs, Director of the Lazos de Agua Program, and other program management roles.

His commitment to social impact was strengthened through field experience with Oxfam-Québec in Central America and Haiti, as well as his tenure as Program Director at Mexico’s EDUCA Foundation.

Holding an MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility from Université Laval and a Master’s in Management and Information Technology from ITAM, Ernenek also serves as a Global Visiting Professor at Tec de Monterrey and a Board Member of the Latin American Water Council, where he champions corporate social responsibility and sustainable development with a focus on SDG6.
