Francisco Norris

Co-Founder & CEO at ZELP

Francisco Norris, a design technologist by background, is on a mission to create a sustainable future for agriculture – one that supports livelihoods, strengthens food security, and promotes animal welfare.
Raised in Argentina with a deep connection to farming, Francisco began developing ZELP’s core technology while pursuing a Master's degree in Information Experience Design at the Royal College of Art in London.
Today, as co-founder and CEO of ZELP, he’s leading a team of engineers and scientists working to develop and scale innovative solutions that measure and reduce livestock emissions, while promoting animal welfare.
Francisco combines technical expertise and creativity with a strategic, inclusive leadership style. He is thrilled to have been selected as an Unreasonable Fellow in 2025.
