Francois Souchet

François leads Swanstant, a climate-adjusted economic research firm. It publishes interpretable, calibrated forecasts of how climate and macro conditions transmit through commodity supply chains, industrial productivity, portfolio earnings, and corporate transition risk across horizons from one month to several years. An engineer by training, he began in operations and supply chain at Accenture before joining the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, where he established and led Make Fashion Circular, building quantitative models of the macroeconomic opportunity of the circular transition and operational frameworks adopted at scale across the apparel industry. He sits on the SMEP Independent Technical Advisory Panel and writes Climate on the Ledger and Curb Your Sustainability.
