Prior to joining Geely, he served as CFO for many other Chinese companies, including Sanpower Group, China Zenix Auto International Co., Ltd, Standard Water Ltd and Timeshare Media. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of ZhongAn Online P & C Insurance Co.,Ltd. Qudian and Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Li has been a Certified Public Accountant in the United States since 1995 and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Mr. Li received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in World Economy from Fudan University in 1989, a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1994 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago (Booth School of Business) in 2000 with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
