Frederick Schilling has been an intrepid entrepreneur in the Health & Wellness industry for 20+ years. He has founded 4 industry-influencing enterprises and has been the subject of media publications, including award-winning article, Extreme Chocolate, in the New Yorker by New York Times best-selling author, Bill Buford. In 2001, Frederick founded Dagoba Chocolate, the first chocolate brand in the US promoting triple bottom line principles (sold to Hershey’s in 2006). In 2008, he cofounded AMMA, a vertically integrated chocolate company with operations in Bahia, Brazil, and co-founded Big Tree Farms, based on Bali, Indonesia. BTF operates the largest regenerative organic coconut supply chain in SE Asia with over 15,000 marginalized farmers. Frederick is currently focusing on TRILITY, a Public Benefit Life Science company, developing phyto-compound based therapeutics and medical foods.
