Gamze is a multi-cultural design leader in service & experience design, focusing on innovative models while creating and launching new products & services that enable strategic change in organizations. She is currently, the Group Director for Fjord Frankfurt, responsible from new business activities in Germany. She is also Fjord Germany’s interlock for Resources and Sustainability topics. Over the course of 18 years, she has led many digital transformation, customer/employee experience and service design projects in B2B and B2C projects in Seattle, Istanbul, Melbourne, Dubai and Germany. She is passionate about Design Research and believes in the importance of research and its fundamentality in all the projects she delivers.

She holds a MA in International Studies from University of Washington, USA and a BA from Bilkent University Political Science and Public Administration.

She is the chapter lead and Mentor for TurkishWIN (Turkish Women’s International Career Network) Germany.

She is passionate about design research, sustainability, diversity and inclusion.
