Gary Cohen is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of AeroFarms, the first vertical farming company to become a Certified B Corporation. Prior to joining AeroFarms, Gary served as Executive Vice President (EVP), Global Health and President of the BD Foundation at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). He serves as chair of the Corporate/CDC Roundtable on Global Health Threats, board co-chair of GBCHealth and board director of UNICEF USA. He previously served on the UN Commission on Life Saving Commodities for Women and Children and as board director and chair of the CDC Foundation. He is founder and board chair of Together for Girls www.togetherforgirls.org, a partnership of national governments and UN agencies dedicated to stopping violence against children. He is also founder of the Antimicrobial Resistance Fighter Coalition www.antimicrobialresistancefighers.org, comprised of stakeholders from over 50 countries, and the Rutgers Institute for Corporate Social Innovation https://www.business.rutgers.edu/ricsi to educate business leaders on embedding social impact into the leadership agendas.
