After 20+ years of wall street, technology and philanthropy Gayle (Gay-lä) is embracing her female superpowers to amplify social change. Boldest endeavor to date is iNTENT Manifesto, a social and financial education campaign to empower, educate and celebrate women to drive $1Billion in support and capital to women of color (WOC) entrepreneurs globally. With the launch of WOCstar Fund I, an early stage investment fund focused on women of color tech startups she is working to transform how people and organizations can invest and grow companies solving big market problems that just happen to be diverse teams that include women of color entrepreneurs aka “WOCstars”. Gayle is leveraging her deal experience, pipeline and a robust ecosystem, as well as channeling wisdom, from her investment banking, philanthropy, lobbying and marketing roles at JPMorgan Chase and Sun Microsystems. She is tapping into her learnings as a graduate of Wharton School of Business and University of Michigan, plus participation in 500VC Unlocked/Stanford University.
