Gui is an Unreasonable Mentor. Gui was part of Unreasonable GOALS 2018, and has advised over 16 Unreasonable companies.
Founder of Sunny Minds, Gui leads facilitative engagements to help leaders design resilient and inspiring organizational cultures in the context of 21st Century challenges.
 
Gui blends mentorship, coaching and facilitation in Organizational Culture Design projects focused on startups and young ventures. His work has reached entrepreneurs from the Centre for Social Innovation, Parsons' Elab, and Unreasonable, in the US, as well from his native Brazil.
 
Gui matured a decade in strategy and marketing for Red Bull, Nike, Unilever, Time Warner, Yahoo! and Mars. He later gravitated towards Design & Innovation, co-leading projects such as the Olympic Educational Program design for the 2016 Games. In his 8-year design chapter, Gui lived in New York and Los Angeles, with projects for MoMa, Ford Motors, The Red Cross, and Toshiba, and worked as an Organizational Design Consultant for leading firms August and Xplane, 
 
Gui holds an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from the globally ranked Parsons School of Design in New York, which furthered his expertise in designing systems and services for impact at scale. His thesis explored the role of design in setting conditions for group awareness of organizational purpose.
