Gülen Bengi joined Mars Wrigley as Chief Growth Officer in 2022. She is a highly accomplished P&L leader and has held strategic global, regional and local roles in sales, marketing and general management. 

Ms. Bengi has a strong track record for driving growth and delivering results through a commitment to building talent, high performance teams and inclusive cultures. Her philosophy centres around consumer obsession; building brands with a focus on purpose, innovation and digital acceleration.

Ms. Bengi is a strong advocate and sponsor for sustainability, aiming for large scale impact through brands, specifically focusing on less plastic, regenerative ingredients and sustainability through social impact for disadvantaged communities.

Prior to joining Mars Wrigley, Ms. Bengi held P&L and Global leadership roles at Unilever, Danone and Kimberly Clark.
