Hannah Robertson is the founder/Managing Director of Catharsis - a company delivering quality creative psychotherapy to individuals, groups, families and institutions. Hannah’s mission is to change an often disillusioned society; change how people think and feel about themselves and the world they live in. She prides herself on making this service accessible to those who would otherwise not be able to afford such specialised treatment. Hannah has been a Therapist for 16 years, she has a First Class Degree and Masters in Dramatherapy. In 2004 Hannah became a senior lecturer at Derby University whilst simultaneously building the first Arts Therapy company in the East Midlands. Catharsis provides Art, Drama and Music therapies across the UK. Hannah has worked extensively in Her Majesty’s Prisons, Youth Offending Services, Schools, Children’s Homes, Social Services, the NHS, Adoption Agencies, Charities and Government run projects. Hannah has facilitated arts-based training to large companies such as Rolls Royce and continues to devote her time and energy to practicing as a Creative Psychotherapist, delivering training, nurturing her business - its therapists, clients and partners – as well as being a mum to 2 small children.
