Helen is the global Offering Development Lead for Innovation and Europe within Talent & Organisation (T&O) within Accenture. She works with our global leadership, and consulting teams to develop our global offerings, tools, assets and thought leadership within the Innovation and Europe spaces. 

Prior to joining the Innovation team, she spent 10+ years in Accenture’s client facing Financial Services T&O practice in the UKI. She is based out of our Edinburgh office.

Helen has 15+ years experience in the helping clients to deliver Innovation, deliver large scale change transformation, workforce and HR related programs. She also has experience across a range of areas including Innovation, design thinking, human centered design and workshop facilitation, change management, business transformation, communications and stakeholder management, HR transformation, talent management and culture transformation.
