Green Collar makes customised quality grading systems for all the stakeholders of the agri value chain, by harnessing powerful technologies of AI/ML in crop production and post harvest processing solutions. 

Hema was the founder and former CEO of Ampere Vehicles, an early mover that spearheaded India's E-Vehicles revolution. Ampere has carved a niche for itself as an innovative technology creator in the Indian Electric Vehicle Industry, contributing to environmental sustainability. Ampere has been acquired and Hema has fully exited the venture. 

Hema strongly promotes Job Creation and focusses on Women empowerment. She also invests and mentors Innovative disruptive startups from smaller cities that solves societal problems.
