Iyad is a technically minded private equity investor with many years of experience investing in technology companies and helping them succeed. He was a Partner at Frog Capital from 2006 to 2017, where he led the firm’s growth stage investments into European environmental technology companies as well as companies in other sectors, representing Frog on several company Boards and actively assisting them through their growth challenges. Iyad began his career with AMD in California before moving into equity research then venture capital. He holds an MBA from the London Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering. Iyad is currently interested in innovative early stage mission-oriented technology companies in Europe, with a focus on Environmental Technologies (agriculture, waste management, energy, transport, materials) and Health.
