A ‘Carioca’ born designer, son of a Finnish craftsman, who believes we can (re)design the world by empowering people with a Design Attitude.

I am the co-founder and CPO at Gennie, a new innovation process powered by GenAI, and the CSO of Môre, a growing DaaS at LATAM. For the last 20 years, I have worked alongside Fortune 500 companies, reshaping cultures, products, and services, which has improved the lives of millions of people.

Previously, I was the Group Director of Fjord and the Design Lead for Strategy & Consulting at Accenture Brazil. I created the first Experience Design team/area at Whirlpool Latam, which was later replicated globally, built the first Experience Design team of Accenture Interactive in Colombia, and, more recently, the CX, Design, and Consumer Insights area at Dasa (the largest integrated health network in Latam).
