Unreasonable Mentors

Jack Swift

Serial Founder | CEO | Author of Level 7 Leadership

Jack is an Unreasonable Mentor.
Jack Swift helps boards, CEOs, and founders navigate one of the defining questions of this era: What happens to the human in the age of AI? He is the author of Level 7 Leadership: The Blueprint for the Human+Machine Era, a field guide for leaders learning to combine machine intelligence with human clarity, judgment, intuition, trust, and performance.
A West Point graduate and former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger, Jack’s leadership foundation was forged in environments demanding clarity, trust, and decisive action under pressure. He led the institutional business at Janus Henderson, co-founded Pacific Current Group (ASX:PAC), and served as CEO of TIFIN, an AI-native fintech platform that grew to more than 300 employees and approached a $1 billion valuation in its first 36 months, selling one of its divisions to J.P. Morgan along the way.
Jack was also CEO of Liminal Collective, an organization exploring the edges of human potential through performance science, neuroscience, inner development, and elite human capability. He currently serves on the boards of Bow River Capital, an alternative investment firm with over $7 billion in managed capital, and Lockton Companies, the world’s largest privately held, independent insurance brokerage.
Jack advises Brightwave.io, Equity Quotient, and Grid.aero, and previously advised Vantage Discovery, which was sold to Shopify in 2025. He is also Co-Founder of Sangha, a community creating peer-supported spaces for practice, reflection, connection, and human development.
