Jack Swift

Jack Swift is a serial entrepreneur, founder, former CEO, and board director with nearly 30 years of experience building businesses across financial services, AI-native technology, and human performance. His career spans company formation, international expansion, public markets, and strategic exits.

Jack co-founded what became Pacific Current Group (ASX), a global asset management platform spanning 19 companies across four continents, with capital partners including BNP Paribas and Weyerhaeuser. He worked closely with founders to grow their businesses, expand distribution, and build enterprise value, including through the company’s 2014 IPO.

As CEO and President of TIFIN, Jack helped scale an AI-native fintech platform to more than 300 employees and a valuation approaching $1 billion, leading the incubation and growth of ten portfolio companies. During his tenure, TIFIN sold 55ip to J.P. Morgan. Paralel Technologies, launched within TIFIN during that period, subsequently generated an exit through the sale of TIFIN’s stake to SLCT Holdings.

Jack also advised Vantage Discovery, an AI-powered search company acquired by Shopify in 2025.

Today, Jack serves on the Lockton Companies board as Audit Committee Chair and as an Independent Trustee of the Bow River Capital Evergreen Fund. His previous board experience includes TIFIN and Pacific Current, among others.

Jack was also CEO of Liminal Collective and is Co-Founder of Sangha. He advises Brightwave, Grid Aero, and Equity Quotient, bringing an operator’s perspective to the challenges founders face as they build teams, raise capital, and scale.
