After launching her career in fundraising at international humanitarian organizations like Amnesty International and the International Rescue Committee, Jackie transitioned to the entrepreneurship ecosystem as part of the early team at the startup nonprofit Venture for America, where she orchestrated strategic partnerships to help aspiring entrepreneurs access the capital and mentorship needed to launch and grow successful companies. She continued to support founders as the founding Director of the Chobani Incubator for food and beverage and food tech startups. She now leverages that network and expertise to champion corporate innovation at CHANEL through global employee engagement, learning and development and strategic partnerships to foster an authentic, company-wide culture of innovation. She is currently leading a transformation project to build the long-term flex work policy in the US region. Jackie has degrees in French and Religious Studies from UC Berkeley and is based in New York City.
