Jaclyn is an Unreasonable Mentor.
Jaclyn received a dual degree from the University of California, Irvine in both Psychology & Social Behavior, and Criminology. 
She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in New York. 
Post-graduate studies involve: 
-CBT studies at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Philadelphia
-CBT for Chronic Worry with Dr. Robert Leahy at the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy
-CBT for Insomnia with Dr. Michael Perlis, the Director of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program at University of Pennsylvania
Jaclyn has a strong background in geriatrics and aging, and has worked extensively within an intergenerational framework. This means that she is familiar with helping families, couples, and individuals learn tools to communicate better, negotiate differences, and solve problems in a healthier way.
She has the experience of working with individuals coping with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and other challenges to move forward with leading productive, healthier, happier lives.
