She leads strategy that helps leaders navigate complexity, align investment with long-term value, and design resilient institutions. As an Unreasonable Mentor, Jane supports growth-stage ventures - particularly in food, water, energy and environment - to unlock catalytic capital and drive system-wide transformation.

Jane’s career spans leadership roles at the Boston Consulting Group, the United Nations system - including the Nobel Peace Prize-winning World Food Programme - and global initiatives such as co-designing Prince William’s Earthshot Prize. She has a strong track record of delivering strategy in complex, high-trust environments across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States.
