Jane Hwang

A seasoned executive leader with 20+ years of experience in marketing and sales, Jane Hwang is currently the Global SVP of Growth Accelerator Division, Mars Snacking.

Before this role, Jane served as the Global VP of Transformation Mars Snacking as well as Global Portfolio VP and General Manager for the M&M'S Ecosystem, overseeing strategy, innovation, communications, and growth channels for the iconic global brand, including its retail business. Her leadership brought together the M&M'S Ecosystem, connecting Core Retail, MMS.com, M&M'S Stores, partnerships, and licensing.

Jane is passionate about authentic leadership, unifying teams, and driving strategic clarity. Her international career and tenure at Mars began in Australia and has since spanned three continents and five countries, including Australia, Denmark, the Netherlands, the U.K. and the U.S.
