Jesse is an Unreasonable Mentor.
Jesse Gould is the Founder and President of the Heroic Hearts Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit pioneering psychedelic therapies for military veterans. A three-time Army Ranger deployed to Afghanistan, Jesse founded the organization in 2017 after his own recovery from PTSD through ayahuasca therapy, and has since built it into a leading force in veteran mental health raising over $20 million, connecting hundreds of veterans with ayahuasca, psilocybin, and ketamine treatment programs, and partnering with top research institutions including the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Georgia. Considered one of the most influential people in psychedelics for mental health, he has testified before U.S. lawmakers, spoken at major global conferences, and been featured in the NY Times, The Economist, Men's Health, and on 60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper.
