Jill leads existing customer marketing for Barclaycard US. In this role, Jill is responsible for managing a team that develops and implements marketing strategies to drive customer activation, spend engagement, and overall cardmember satisfaction. Leveraging program analytics and competitive intelligence, Jill has a proven history of delivering strong financial results for BCUS. Prior to joining Barclaycard US, Jill was with Citibank N.A. where she held multiple roles including P&L management for their largest no fee credit card product ThankYou Preferred with over 5MM existing customers. Additionally Jill led the Citibank Prestige credit card launch and developed the customer loyalty marketing strategies for this elite premium travel product.  Jill has many years of financial services experience with other top-tier companies including JP Morgan Chase, Sallie Mae and American Express. In her free time she enjoys mentoring aspiring marketers and she is actively involved in Women's Networking groups.
