Jonathan is a senior adviser, strategist and NED having spent 3 years as Chief Strategy Officer at Pearson, the world's largest learning company. He was formerly Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Kantar, the market research division of WPP, recently sold to Bain Capital. He was a consulting partner at KPMG and Heidrick & Struggles, working with clients across a range of sectors including financial services, telecommunications and media. He also built his own international consulting firm advising private equity firms, as well as large multinationals, in strategy and leadership issues. Jonathan has a degree in systems engineering from the University of Bath, a masters’ degree in organisational behaviour from Oxford University and HEC Paris, and a doctorate from the University of Surrey.
