Jonathan is a senior adviser, strategist and NED. He is currently Chief Strategy & Transformation Offier at BSI Group, an international standards organisation. He was also Chief Strategy Officer at Pearson, the world's largest learning company, and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Kantar, one of the world's larges market research businesses. He was a partner at KPMG and Heidrick & Struggles and also built his own international consulting firm. He has advised numerous private equity firms, as well as large multinationals in the media, education, financial services and telecommunications sectors, in strategy and leadership issues. Jonathan's focus is helping companies define and implement the strategy and operating models that put customers at the heart of the business and harness the potential of digital technology and data.
