Kara is the Executive Director of the Fossil Foundation and leads Social Impact at Fossil Group. In her role, Kara is responsible for the Fossil Foundation, is a member of the Fossil Foundation Board, and leads the corporate social impact initiatives, including the commitment to empowering women and girls through strategic partnerships that create shared value for employees and local communities.
