Kat Stennett

Kat Stennett is Co-Founder and CEO of myota, a UK-based company on a mission to improve healthy lifespan by getting fibre back into our food. myota develops clinically proven, patent-protected prebiotic fibre blends that optimise gut, metabolic, and cognitive health by accounting for microbiome variability in people.

Kat has spent the past decade working across startups and scaleups after starting her career as a Trader at an Investment Bank. As both a founder and early-stage operator, she has helped businesses scale from Seed stage through to Series D in the Insurance, Healthcare, and now the consumer goods space. Prior to founding myota, she was an early stage team member at two European Unicorns - working closely with healthcare payers as Business Development Director at Kry (Europe's largest telemedicine company), and building one of the world's first on-demand insurance products at Zego.

Kat holds an undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Warwick, and an MBA from London Business School.
