Kate is Director of Membership and Advisory Services at Business in the Community, a non-profit Responsible Business movement, where she leads their delivery of high quality member-led advice and support, and oversees BITC’s regional strategy. An inclusive and pragmatic leader, Kate is known for building high‑performing teams and translating strategy into clear, practical action. In recent years she has played a central role in organisation‑wide initiatives focused on culture, colleague development and customer experience.
Kate spent her early career at Deutsche Bank, working across their Asset Management, Credit Risk Management and Compliance divisions, before joining Business in the Community in 2010.
Outside work, she is a school governor, sings with a number of chamber choirs and enjoys gardening and spending time with her young family.
