Kate Holleran is a Managing Director within the Prime Brokerage division at Barclays where she leads the Capital Solutions team for the Americas, based in New York. The Capital Solutions team offers a unique blend of industry insights and tailored client solutions with the goal of supporting business development goals across a funds life cycle. The team develops relationships with institutional investors and hedge fund managers by delivering industry leading content, targeted capital introduction services and hosts content rich forums for knowledge transfer and discussion on industry issues. She has a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Dublin, Trinity College, Ireland. She holds designations from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Charted Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Holleran was named one of the 50 Leading Women in HF in 2020, by the HF Journal and a rising star by Women in Finance awards in 2017.
