Katherine is an Unreasonable Mentor. Katherine was part of Unreasonable Impact UK & Europe 2021, and has advised over 15 Unreasonable companies.
Named a "Top 100 Women in Social Entrepreneurship” by the Euclid Network, Katherine co-authored the #1 article in Stanford Social Innovation Review in 2022 and 2024. She has held executive leadership roles in private foundations, impact investing firms, and think tanks. From 2012 - 2018 she was the Executive Director of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, the sister organization of the World Economic Forum, which supports the largest community of late-stage social entrepreneurs in the world.
Katherine is a Senior Fellow at the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth College and an elea Fellow at IMD Business School in Switzerland. She coaches and advises social venture leadership teams in the BMW Foundation RESPOND network, the Unreasonable Group, and the Tallberg Foundation’s Mentoring Program. She also serves as the Board Vice-Chair of the award-winning social enterprise Water for People. She received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and her Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University, where she was a Pforzheimer Scholar recipient and a Sheldon Knox Fellow.
