Katherine Sizov

Katherine graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with a degree in biology. She started Strella when she learned that 40% of food is wasted before it's consumed and used her biology background to build solutions focused on capturing quantifiable data on perishable products. Since then, Strella has expanded across 26 countries and monitored over 2B pounds of produce, saving 20M pounds of food from going to waste.
