Kathleen Britain is currently Chief Admin Officer and Head of Client Operations at HSBC, having joined the organization in 2018. Prior to her current role, Kathleen spent over 12 years at Barclays in a number of senior leader client and strategy roles, including leading Citizenship for the UK and Europe. Kathleen started her career with Wachovia working in San Francisco and New York in the Wealth Management division managing relationship for high net worth individuals.

 

Kathleen has lived in the UK for 16 years with her husband and young daughter. Kathleen went to the University of San Francisco, and enjoys travelling, cooking and has recently taken up a steady running habit.
