Kosta began his career working for a department store (It is now part of Macy's) where he learned about merchandising, branding, marketing, design, and supply chain, and sourcing - especially in Hong Kong and China. He has spent the past 30 years working on the development of the Fossil Group and all it's entities. Fossil is a global watch and accessories company that designs, manufactures and distributes watches and accessories under the Fossil brand as well as an additional 10 fashion brands. The company has about 600 of it's own stores, ecommerce, and sells to thousands of stores and websites around the world.
