As Tides’ 4th CEO in 4 years, increased revenue from $200M to $700M within five years. At Splunk, led the development and launch of Splunk’s Trustworthy AI Principles and AI Framework. Led value creation, talent retention, and technology synergy efforts as part of the senior leadership team overseeing Cisco's $28B acquisition, accelerating integration and contributing directly to its success. As Stanford's founding Executive Director of the Center for Social Innovation (CSI), she established CSI as a global leader in social innovation.

She has presented nationally and internationally on ethical AI, social innovation, social entrepreneurship, corporate responsibility, design thinking, and impact investing. Her articles have been published by Forbes, Fortune, WEF, (SSIR), and the Stanford University Press, among others. As a Board Director, Chair, Vice Chair, and Audit Chair, improved accountability and transparency.
