As Stanford's founding Executive Director of the Center for Social Innovation (CSI), she established the CSI as a global leader in the field of social innovation.

She is a recognised thought leader, mentor and educator, and has presented nationally and internationally on ethical AI, social innovation, social entrepreneurship, corporate responsibility, design thinking, and impact investing.
