Leah is an Unreasonable Mentor. Leah was part of Unreasonable FUTURE 2019, and has advised over 15 Unreasonable companies.
Leah is responsible for strategy and product development for employability learning solutions for Pearson North America, serving high school, higher ed, and adult lifelong learners. She is specifically working on accelerated skills pathways to industry certifications, micro and stacked credentials, and partnering with employers and industry associations for lifelong learning. She is on the Board of the IoT Talent Consortium, has been a featured speaker on the future of skills at the US Chamber of Commerce and is an active participant in the National Governors Association “Good Jobs for All Americans” initiative. Her work involves defining learning/skill outcomes and collecting data to support the efficacy of the training solutions. Leah has been with Pearson in various roles for 30 years including sales, marketing, product development, and portfolio management.
