Levent is the CEO of Cornwalls (an Australian legal and corporate finance group). He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial services law and capital raisings. He has more than 24 years’ experience advising corporates, financial investors and financial institutions and has led, managed, and closed high-profile mergers and acquisition transactions, fundraisings and financings.

Levent has a passion for creating companies and has founded and invested in numerous successful start-ups throughout his career. He has also been the founder of two Venture Capital firms with impact themes.

Levent practices transcendental meditation daily and is an avid believer in spiritual consciousness and importance to leadership (for both manifestation and protection).

Levent completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Melbourne and holds multiple directorships.
