Linda Koch Lorimer is a member of the board of directors of Pearson and was a Vice President of Yale University for 23 years, where she led the University’s online education initiatives and overseas activities. Having served on the boards of four corporations, she is considered an authority in corporate governance and received the American Bar Association’s Sandra Day O’Connor Award for Board Excellence. She was the Presiding Director of the McGraw-Hill Companies, which at the time was one of the largest educational enterprises in the world. She also was the Chair of the Board of the American Association of Colleges and Universities and Vice Chair of the Board of the Center for Creative Leadership. Currently, she is consulting with companies to help with their organizational development and strategic planning.
