Linda Weston, Managing Director and Head of Core Product for Barclays Payments, has over 20 years’ experience in the Payments industry. In her current role she is accountable for leading the product team to deliver innovative, best in class commercial issuing and acquiring products including market leading value added and payment security services. Since joining Barclaycard in 2014 Linda has spearheaded a cultural change in product management approach, lead a transformational migration programme and driven the developed of a number of critical and inventive capabilities. Prior to joining Barclaycard Linda worked at J.P. Morgan where she was instrumental in establishing a Commercial Payments issuing business across EMEA from scratch. Her early career was with RBS where Linda held a variety of Operational and Product roles.
