She is co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer at SharpBrains Advisors, a boutique consultancy providing strategic advice and “innovation as a service” to high-growth, purpose-driven organizations creating a more sustainable future.

Lisa has twenty-five years of experience leading global strategy and innovation teams to deliver value to business and society as Managing Director at Accenture, Head of Sustainability at a cleantech startup, Senior Advisor to the World Bank, and Chief Innovation Officer at 100 Coaches Agency.

Recognized as an Unusual Pioneer by Yunus and the Schwab Foundation, she holds a Wharton MBA and a Masters from Fletcher. She enjoys unlocking human potential teaching at IE University, mentoring, and organizing #rebalancetothrive workshops. She recently moved to Madrid with her family.
