Mr. Adão da Fonseca has set up several Investment companies focused in the Natural Resources area. He is a founder and shareholder of Exus Management Partners focused on Renewable Energy, Mobiletric, active in the electric mobility sector and LAjE Capital, a Real Estate development and investment firm in Portugal. 

He was previously a member of the Board of Directors of EDP Renewables and was a non-exec of EDP Inovação. He has been a consultant at McKinsey & Company and also held the position of assistant lecturer in the Economics and Business Sciences School of Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He is a Senior Expert Advisor for McKinseyin the Renewable Energy space since 2014. He holds a master’s in economics from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, a MBA degree from INSEAD, as well as a post-graduate degree in leading change and organizational renewal from Stanford. In 2011 Mr. Adao da Fonseca also received a Master Degree for Risk Management at NYU.
