Luis has been working at the intersection of business, design and social sciences for the last twenty years. He was founder and CEO of INSITUM, one of the leading global innovation consulting firms worldwide which was acquired by Accenture in 2019. Today, Luis is global co-leader of Fjord, the Design practice of Accenture Interactive.
Luis holds a bachelor’s in Industrial Design and a Masters degree in user-centered design . In his 22 years of professional career, he has lived in Chicago, Barcelona, Sao Paulo and Mexico City. He has been involved in more than one thousand digital transformation projects focused on applying human-centered design for organizational growth and impact, either by designing the experience between products and people or by helping organizations adopt a user-centered innovation culture.
He writes and speaks on the topics of digital transformation, design thinking, user research, behavioral economics and organizational innovation.
He is a triathlete, cyclist and wine enthusiast.
