Luisa has 20 years’ experience in the social innovation field and spent the past decade working in the education sector in the UK. Before becoming an independent consultant, Luisa worked in the non-profit setor and led social innovation strategy for large corporations, including impact accelerator programmes for over 40 start-ups. Following her passion for education and innovation, Luisa joined the Lightbulb Trust, a London-based family office in 2020 as its Executive Director.
