Lynne Lim

Lynne is a practicing ENT surgeon of over 20 years, with academic, research and administration roles in the National University Health System before that. She is Founder and CEO at NousQ, a medical device start up with the world's first robotic handheld ear tube surgical applicator, CLiKX. CLiKX treats ear infections, the most common cause of hearing loss in children worldwide, and the leading cause of antibiotic use in children. CLiKX moves the surgery out of the operating theatre to the clinic by removing the need for multiple instrumentations and general anesthesia, thus reducing risk, cost and poor access. This addresses the huge unmet need for a 100 million more patients.
