Marcio Lempert, has over 25 years of experience in hi-tech companies, in top management positions, in Israel and US.
As an executive, Marcio led Finjan Software Security (acquired by M86 Security and Trustwave).
As a BOD advisor and mentor, during the last 3 years, led to 3 exits: Solebit Labs (acquired by Mimecast), Preempt Security (acquired by CrowdStrike) and Polyrize (acquired by Varonis).
During the last few years, Marcio has been also involved in social businesses (CEO of the Dualis fund) and volunteering projects, BOD director for non-for-profit organisations and teaches entrepreneurship in the IDC academic institution in Israel.
Marcio is currently a Operating Partner at SYN Ventures - an US-based venture capital fund focused on cyber security early stage startups (most active WW).
