Marcio is an Unreasonable Mentor. Marcio was part of Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific 2019, and has advised over 14 Unreasonable companies.
Marcio Lempert, has over 25 years of experience in hi-tech companies, in top management positions, in Israel and US, along with overseas sales operations.
Marcio has managed sales & operations of a wide range of products and technologies.
During his last position at Finjan Software, Marcio was instrumental in leading the acquisition of the company by M86 Security and the follow on acquisition by Trustwave in 2012.
After 2012, Marcio has been involved in social projects as a volunteer and mentor at several non-for-profit organizations and later served in the position of CEO of Dualis - a Social Investment Fund whose vision is the promotion of social impact through for-profit social businesses.
Under his term, the Dualis fund managed 14 different social businesses across Israel, with a combined revenue of over $15 million.
Currently Marcio serves as a director in the board of a few technology companies, and work as an advisor to their CEO and management.
As a BOD Director and advisor, Marcio played a leading role in the acquisition of Solebit Labs by Mimecast (NASDAQ: MIME) for $100M.
In addition to the activities above, Marcio teaches at the IDC university on Entrepreneurship and volunteers in a few NGOs (relating to mentoring, economic and environment sustainability).
