Francisca (aka Kika) is Ecosystems and Community Lead at the Open Innovation & Venture UKI team. She is bridging the gap between the corporate world and startup wonderland - working with technology partners and suppliers to help us bring best-in-class technology, particularly in the emerging technology space, to help us accelerate and create exciting opportunities for Accenture and our clients. Kika focuses on scouting the innovation ecosystem for exciting startups and creates relationships with external partners, such as VCs and Accelerators to help bring top innovative tech to Accenture clients.

Before, Kika was working at PUBLIC, since 2018 - a venture firm and research house helping tech startups to work with the public sector, including HealthTech, EdTech & FinTech businesses. Among other projects, she contributed to the organisation of the GovTech Summit in Paris managing all digital communications and marketing strategy for the 1,500+ delegates event - including Global Government Officials and top European entrepreneurs and investors.
