Mary has both legal and business experience, having worked in the private sector as well as International Finance Corporation in different capacities. She has worked on new investments in the financial sector as well as restructuring/workouts of problem projects in diverse sectors mainly in emerging markets. She is currently advising on IPO projects and a family office in Hong Kong. She can offer inputs and evaluations relating to business strategies, business models and financing options, but she can also roll up her sleeves to help out where required.

Mary has an LL.B. from University of Hong Kong, LL.M from Georgetown University and EMBA from London Business School. She splits her time between Hong Kong and Mauritius.
