I am an entrepreneur, investor and agitator for change focused on education, purpose-driven business and climate action. I am also husband to an amazing and challenging (in a good way) wife, father of 4 great kids and occasional and rather inept host to sheep, pigs, hens, bees and other animals on a smallholding farm in East Sussex.

I was co-founder and CEO and Chairman at Essence Group, which encompasses a global media agency, Essence, and big data/data science marketing tech company, 2Sixty Technologies. Essence employs approx. 1,600 people across 18 offices and manages >$4bn of media spend a year on behalf of clients including Google, BT, others.
